Who we are

Wild Divine is a polytheist (pagan) ritual group based in Eugene, Oregon. We are a mostly private duo who occasionally invite others to our festivals. Our joint practice is specially dedicated to Dionysos, Hermes, and the Nymphs, as you can see by this website (although we each serve a number of other gods and spirits), and likewise it is informed by ancient Hellenic religion, although individually we also draw from Egyptian, Germanic and other sources.  Aside from the many festivals and holy days we celebrate, we also perform oracular and ecstatic rites on a regular basis. We believe in making tangible offerings to the gods, but doing so in ways that are also in tune with the time and place we live in.

Dver serves Dionysos, Apollon and Hermes, as a maenad, priestess, and oracle. She is also devoted to the nymphs and wights and is a practicing spiritworker. She is the author of Kharis: Hellenic Polytheism Explored. Her personal websites can be found at winterscapes.com.

Sannion serves Dionysos as a priest and mantis (if you would like an oracular consultation, contact him here.) and Hermes as a hieros idiotes or "holy fool". His personal website (where you can find his prolific writing, including several books under the Nysa Press imprint) is The House of Vines.

We would love to meet other people in the area who are interested in either ancient and reconstructed polytheistic religions - such as Hellenic (Greek), Egyptian, Norse/Germanic, Slavic, Celtic - or polytheistic and animistic practices rooted in this land.  If you are interested, please contact us and we will arrange to meet in person. The internet is great, but we're especially eager to form  "real-life" connections and be a part of many hands pouring libations to the gods!
